Michael "Mike" Tubbs is the Executive Director and Founder of Real Agape, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to fostering an environment where young men and women are mentored through effective mentorship programs to create their own opportunities for life economic mobility, success in education, career, and personal happiness through structured recreation and community service.


Mike's unwavering commitment to help those of low-to-moderate socioeconomic status overcome financial and community development barriers is evident in his day-to-day activities as a leader and servant throughout Southeastern Michigan. As a frequent keynote speaker on personal credit, he has made a significant positive impact on the lives of countless individuals and communities by empowering them to be financially esteemed.


As a pillar of Real Agape leadership, Mike serves as an inspiration to others and is a role model for young people who want to make a difference in the world. He is always eager to help and remains a resolute ally for those in need.

Ramana M. Roberson, MSW

Ramana is the founder of Flutter Enterprise, the parent company of Sister-Girlfriend Christian Life Coaching and Nana's Be Hive LLC, whose mission is to lower the barriers to business ownership for underserved entrepreneurs. With her extensive background in community service, she is dedicated to empowering those in need through mentorship programs that foster growth and development. Ramana holds a master's degree in social work and has a solid foundation in accounting, along with a focus on women and children's issues. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Child's Hope: The Child Abuse Prevention Council for Western Wayne County, she embodies Real Agape leadership and believes her passion for people is her earthly assignment, which she takes very seriously. With 30 years of community service experience, she is a high-performing servant to those seeking a better life.

Kim Minetee

Kimberly Minetee is a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities, believing wholeheartedly that everyone deserves a place to shine in their community. With over 23 years of experience in the field, she brings a bold, creative mindset to her work—never afraid to challenge systems that limit potential. Known for her “fire, ready, aim” approach, she seizes opportunities to connect people with purpose, often forming partnerships through spontaneous yet meaningful conversations. As part of her community service, she has introduced innovative mentorship programs, including video resumes, to showcase the talents of young adults with disabilities beyond what words can say. She serves her broader community as a volunteer at the CLFC Pantry and as Union Vice President of FWISE Local 3760, where she also leads as chief negotiator and grievance chair. In her role with Real Agape leadership, she brings vision, energy, and a deep sense of purpose to everything she does.

Donald C. Drake

Donald is the visionary founder and executive director of Motorcity Activity Center (MAC), a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Detroit’s most vulnerable communities through community service, mentorship programs, and empowerment initiatives. Under his leadership, MAC has provided over 1,000 meals to local families and hosted free community baby showers for expectant mothers on Medicaid, easing the burden of new parenthood.


As a 2024 New Leaders Council Fellow and a senior consultant with Oracle Health, Donald exemplifies Real Agape leadership, bringing professional excellence and deep community roots to every initiative. He mentors youth and young adults through financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and career development programs—impacting lives far beyond basic needs. Fueled by strong family values and a genuine commitment to service, Donald’s work inspires a culture of compassion and accountability.
